About the role

We're looking for detail-oriented, native-level **Mexican Spanish speakers** to help evaluate real-world sessions between users and a voice-and-camera AI assistant. In these sessions, a person speaks to an AI assistant while their camera streams whatever is in front of them — and your job is to determine whether the assistant's spoken response actually matches what was visible and said.

This is judgment-driven work, not high-volume clicking. Your written observations become the primary signal used to identify and fix failures in the assistant's reasoning and perception. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong written communication skills, and fluency in Mexican Spanish, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

  • Review recorded sessions where a user interacts verbally with an AI assistant while a live camera feed captures their surroundings.
  • Carefully compare what the assistant said aloud against what was actually visible in the video and audible in the conversation.
  • Score each session against a structured evaluation rubric covering accuracy, relevance, and completeness of the assistant's response.
  • Write clear, specific comments explaining any discrepancies, hallucinations, or missed details — these notes directly drive product improvements.
  • Flag edge cases, ambiguous scenarios, or rubric gaps to help refine the evaluation process over time.
  • Maintain consistency and objectivity across a high number of session reviews while still applying nuanced human judgment.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in **Mexican Spanish**, both written and spoken.
  • Strong English comprehension for reading rubrics and instructions (reading/writing tasks may be bilingual).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot subtle inconsistencies between audio, video, and transcript.
  • Strong written communication skills — your comments need to be clear and actionable.
  • Comfortable working independently with recorded media and structured evaluation criteria.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for reviewing audio/video content.
  • Prior experience with AI data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, or linguistic review is a plus but not required.

Compensation

This role pays **$12–$18 per hour**, depending on experience and evaluation accuracy. Fully remote, flexible scheduling, with opportunities for ongoing work based on performance.
