About the role

We're looking for detail-oriented, French-speaking reviewers to evaluate recorded sessions between users and a voice-and-camera AI assistant. In these sessions, a person speaks to the assistant while their camera streams whatever is in front of them in real time. Your job is to watch each session closely, compare what the assistant said against what was actually visible on screen, and score the interaction against a detailed rubric.

This is judgment work, not volume work. Your written comments become the deliverable that drives what gets fixed first, so clarity, precision, and honest critique matter far more than speed.

What you'll do

  • Review recorded sessions where a user speaks with a voice-and-camera AI assistant
  • Carefully compare the assistant's spoken responses against the visual content actually present in the video feed
  • Identify discrepancies, hallucinations, missed visual cues, or factual errors in the assistant's output
  • Score each session against a structured evaluation rubric
  • Write clear, specific, actionable comments explaining what worked, what failed, and why
  • Flag high-severity failures that should be prioritized for correction
  • Maintain consistency and fairness across a high volume of reviews while preserving depth of judgment on each one

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in French, both spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle mismatches between audio and video content
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing clear, structured feedback
  • Comfort working independently with a rubric-based evaluation framework
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to review video/audio content without distraction
  • Prior experience in content review, QA, transcription, translation, or AI data annotation is a plus but not required

Compensation

This role pays between $21 and $27 per hour, based on experience and evaluation quality. Fully remote, flexible scheduling, with multiple open slots available.

What we're looking for

  • Content review and annotation
  • French language proficiency
  • AI output evaluation
  • Audio-visual cross-referencing
  • Rubric-based scoring
  • Written feedback and critique
  • Quality assurance
