What you'll do
- Record first-person point-of-view video clips using your smartphone according to detailed project instructions
- Test and confirm device compatibility before beginning recording sessions
- Follow strict guidelines around framing, movement, lighting, and scenario setup to ensure data quality
- Review your own footage for clarity, completeness, and adherence to spec before submission
- Communicate promptly with the project team about technical issues, unclear instructions, or equipment limitations
- Complete recording tasks within agreed-upon timelines and reliably meet submission deadlines
Requirements
- Access to a compatible smartphone capable of recording stable, clear video
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step written or video guidelines precisely
- Comfortable with first-person/POV video capture techniques
- Reliable internet access for uploading footage and communicating with the team
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on a flexible schedule
- Prior experience with video recording, content creation, or data annotation is a plus but not required
Compensation
This role pays $10–$15 per hour, depending on experience and task complexity. Flexible hours, remote-friendly, and open to contributors globally.
