About the role

We're building a knowledge base of real-world, hands-on expertise in specialized statistical and econometric software to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. We're looking for professionals who already use **EViews on Windows** in their day-to-day work — economists, econometricians, financial analysts, and quantitative researchers — to contribute their domain expertise through structured tasks, walkthroughs, and evaluations.

This is a remote, flexible-hours engagement ideal for someone who wants to apply their existing EViews skills in a new way: helping assess, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs related to time-series modelling, forecasting, and econometric workflows.

What you'll do

  • Perform real tasks in EViews on your own Windows machine, capturing authentic workflows, outputs, and edge cases
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses related to econometric modelling, forecasting, and data analysis for accuracy and realism
  • Write and review step-by-step task walkthroughs demonstrating correct EViews usage
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or unrealistic outputs in AI-assisted econometric work
  • Provide structured feedback to help improve the quality of AI training data in this domain
  • Document edge cases and nuanced scenarios that require expert judgment

Requirements

  • You must already have **EViews installed and licensed on your own Windows PC** — we do not provide software licenses, virtual machines, or hardware
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with time-series modelling, forecasting, and econometric analysis in EViews
  • Strong understanding of statistical and econometric concepts (regression, forecasting, time-series diagnostics, etc.)
  • Ability to clearly document and explain technical workflows in writing
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting task-based deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

**Nice to have:**

  • Background in central banking, policy research, or financial forecasting
  • Experience with other statistical/econometric packages (R, Stata, MATLAB, Python)
  • Prior experience contributing to AI training, data annotation, or evaluation projects

Compensation

This role pays **$45–$55 per hour**, based on experience and task complexity. Engagements are flexible and remote, with opportunities for ongoing work based on performance and availability.
