AI Trainer — Shape the Next Generation of AI Models

About the role

We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented AI Trainers to help refine and improve the quality, safety, and intelligence of advanced AI systems. In this role, you'll work directly with model outputs, evaluating responses, crafting prompts, and providing structured feedback that directly shapes how AI understands and communicates. What you'll do

• Review, annotate, and rate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Design and refine prompts to test model reasoning, creativity, and safety boundaries
• Apply critical thinking to identify errors, biases, or gaps in model responses
• Deliver clear, constructive, written feedback that helps improve model performance
• Collaborate with a distributed team of trainers, reviewers, and researchers
• Apply domain expertise to evaluate specialized or technical content
• Flag ethical, safety, or bias concerns in AI-generated content
• Adapt quickly to evolving guidelines, tools, and evaluation frameworks

Requirements

• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfort working independently in a remote, async environment
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI output evaluation
• Ability to give precise, actionable feedback
• Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and new tools
• Domain expertise in a relevant technical, scientific, or professional field is a plus

Compensation

Hourly rate: $100–$180/hour, based on experience and domain expertise. Flexible, remote engagement with global eligibility.
