AI Red Team Specialist — English & Bengali Bilingual Fluency Required

About the role

We're building a global red team dedicated to making AI systems safer before they reach the real world. This role is for sharp, detail-oriented bilingual experts who can think like adversaries — probing AI models with challenging, edge-case, and adversarial inputs to surface weaknesses before they become real-world harms.

You'll work on sensitive and nuanced content areas including bias, misinformation, and harmful behavior patterns, helping generate the structured red-team data that trains safer, more robust AI systems for enterprise use. This is meaningful, high-impact work at the frontier of AI safety, done entirely remote and on a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Design and execute adversarial prompts and test cases in both English and Bengali to expose model vulnerabilities
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for bias, misinformation, harmful content, and safety failures
• Document findings with clear, structured reasoning that can be used to retrain and harden models
• Apply cultural and linguistic nuance to identify failure modes that monolingual review might miss
• Collaborate with a distributed team of safety reviewers under clear evaluation guidelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive content responsibly and professionally

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Bengali (written and spoken)
• Strong critical thinking and ability to reason about edge cases, bias, and harmful content
• Comfort engaging with sensitive, adversarial, or potentially disturbing material in a professional manner
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Reliable internet access and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience with content moderation, linguistics, AI evaluation, or trust & safety work is a plus

Compensation

This role pays $20–$22 per hour, with flexible scheduling and remote work from anywhere. Multiple slots are available for qualified bilingual candidates.
