AI Facial Data Collection Associate — Sibling Pairs Needed

About the role

We're building a diverse, high-quality dataset to train next-generation facial recognition and computer vision AI models. This project specifically requires participation from **sibling pairs** (or small sibling groups) to help capture facial similarity and variation data that improves model accuracy across related individuals. This is a flexible, remote-friendly data collection engagement open to participants worldwide.

What you'll do

• Capture a series of selfies and short video recordings of yourself and your sibling(s) following precise, step-by-step instructions provided by our team
• Follow detailed guidelines on lighting, angles, expressions, and framing to ensure data consistency and quality
• Coordinate scheduling and submission timing with your sibling participant(s)
• Review your own submissions for clarity, completeness, and adherence to instructions before uploading
• Communicate promptly with the project coordinator regarding any technical issues, unclear instructions, or resubmission requests
• Maintain confidentiality and handle all data collection materials responsibly in line with project guidelines

Requirements

• Must be participating alongside at least one biological sibling who is also willing to complete the data collection tasks
• Access to a smartphone or device capable of taking high-resolution selfies and video recordings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to precisely follow multi-step instructions
• Reliable internet connection for uploading media files
• Comfortable being recorded on camera for research/AI training purposes
• Responsive communication and willingness to complete tasks within specified timeframes

**Nice to have:**

• Prior experience with data annotation, crowdsourcing, or similar micro-task platforms
• Familiarity with basic photo/video editing or file management
• Availability to complete multiple data collection rounds if needed

Compensation

This engagement pays **$139–$140 per hour** of task completion time, reflecting the specialized nature of sibling-pair data collection. Payment is issued upon successful review and acceptance of submitted materials.
