AI Content Evaluator & Trainer (Remote, Global)

About the role

We're building a global network of sharp, detail-oriented evaluators to help train and refine AI systems. As an AI Content Evaluator & Trainer, you'll review AI-generated outputs against structured rubrics, flag inconsistencies, and provide the nuanced human judgment that machine learning models need to improve. This is an ongoing, flexible, remote opportunity ideal for people who love critical reading, pattern recognition, and precision work.

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI-generated text, responses, and content against detailed scoring rubrics
• Apply critical reading skills to assess accuracy, coherence, tone, and relevance
• Identify factual errors, logical gaps, bias, or quality issues in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured written feedback and ratings to support model improvement
• Maintain strong consistency and objectivity across large volumes of evaluations
• Collaborate with a distributed team to calibrate scoring standards and rubric interpretation
• Escalate edge cases and ambiguous content for further review
• Meet quality and throughput targets while maintaining high attention to detail

Requirements

• Excellent critical reading and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and consistency when applying rubrics
• Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Strong written English communication skills
• Reliable internet access and availability for ongoing, recurring work
• Prior experience with content evaluation, quality assurance, editing, or AI training is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines while exercising sound independent judgment

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $40, depending on experience and evaluation complexity. This is a flexible, remote-friendly engagement open to qualified candidates globally.
