AI Agent Power User – Drive AI Adoption Across the Business

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Agent Power User to lead the charge on integrating AI agents into real business workflows. This is not a research or theoretical role — you'll be actively using, testing, and refining AI agent tools to solve practical problems, streamline operations, and demonstrate measurable value across teams. You'll act as both a champion and a subject-matter expert, helping the organization move faster and smarter with AI.

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and operate AI agents to automate and improve day-to-day business processes
• Identify high-impact workflows where AI agents can reduce manual effort or increase speed and accuracy
• Continuously test, evaluate, and refine AI agent performance, prompts, and configurations
• Document best practices, playbooks, and lessons learned to accelerate broader AI enablement
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Serve as an internal advocate for AI adoption, training and supporting teammates on how to effectively use AI agents
• Track and report on outcomes, efficiency gains, and areas for further process improvement

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience working with AI agents and modern AI tooling in a business context
• Strong track record of driving AI adoption and enablement within teams or organizations
• Excellent process improvement instincts — able to spot inefficiencies and design AI-powered fixes
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
• Strong communication skills to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
• Curious, experimental mindset with a bias toward action and iteration

Compensation

This is a remote, expert-level engagement with competitive hourly compensation based on experience and impact.
